A Few Words About Me

Alexander Jelloian is the Research and Project Manager at the Initiative for African Trade and Prosperity. He is also currently earning a master's degree at the London School of Economics in economic history and international development. He has published a number of pieces regarding economic freedom, corruption, African trade, and U.S. foreign policy in outlets such as HumanProgress, International Policy Digest, Townhall, African Liberty, the Daily Signal, 1828, and numerous other outlets.

 

In 2021 Alexander interned in the Center for International Trade and Economics at the Heritage Foundation and in 2019 Alexander interned at Young America's Foundation in their Reagan Ranch Center located in Santa Barbara, California. He completed his undergraduate degree in economics and business administration at Whittier College, where he played infield for the baseball team. As an avid lover of the outdoors, Alexander enjoys hiking, running, nature, football, tennis, and a host of other activities.
